Rent-a-Romper Founder & CEO

Built and sold a consumer subscription brand with no engineering team and no co-founder. Designed the full stack on no-code tools, scaled to 21,000+ items in continuous circulation.

Ran the acquisition solo to exit to The Swoondle Society in 2025.

FirstGroup plc Head of PMO

Stood up the program management office for a £6B global transportation operator and led its data and operations transformation.

Los Angeles Unified School District Program & Policy Advisor

Built the teacher evaluation system from the ground up for the country's second-largest school district — frameworks, rubrics, custom software, union negotiations, and training.

Took 80,000 employees to the new model. The platform was adopted by districts nationally.

ICEF Public Schools Chief of Staff

Right hand to the CEO of a 13-school charter network through a financial crisis and CEO transition.

Built the operations dashboard that gave leadership their first real view of revenue-critical metrics.

Scaling a physical product into hospitals, labs, and pediatricians' offices. Alongside the founder on priorities, team rhythm, and tactical lifts — most recently developing operating procedures for DTC and B2B fulfillment ahead of a 3PL transition.
